• The interface between technology and society and the impact of technological progress on societies, also more sociological-oriented research
• Specific studies enhancing technical knowledge and skills
• A project that is financially supported by the relevant business unit
• A supportive statement from the management of the relevant business unit
• A project that is cross-border and/or involves different business units
• Projects which are started no later than six months after you have received a commitment letter from the Foundation
